KF Alliance Engineering Ltd is a leading manufacturer of materials handling equipment in the UK. Our range includes vibratory feeds and belt conveyors, elevators and tippers, bowl feeder loaders and fully integrated systems for all environments from chemical production to food processing.

We are sometimes asked to do the impossible, and although we sometimes have to say, "it can't be done", this is always after we have exhausted the possibilities. Our engineering ingenuity has prevailed on many occasions where other manufacturers have failed, and we have provided a practical solution. We don't like to be beaten!

We work hard to ensure that we provide cost effective solutions that will improve product and process efficiency. This may entail compiling a feasibility study of an existing process – considering the human element, associated machinery and production schedules – to design and manufacture the optimum machinery for a given process.

What makes us different from other manufacturers of vibratory and materials handling equipment is our 45+ years dedicated experience working with OEMs and manufacturing companies, helping them to improve their process efficiency. We don't make anything else.

During this time, we have worked in the hottest and the coldest environments, at the dirty end in coal and quarrying and in clean room manufacturing; in hazardous and explosive production, as well as with most food processes. Although we work mainly with end-users, we are often consulted by original equipment manufacturers to design and manufacture ancillary equipment to integrate into a complete production or handling line.
