We have worked closely with KFA for over 30 years and they have solved many of our batch component handling issues with innovative designs for feeding, elevating and automatic loading. They are a pleasure to work with and nothing is too much trouble.

KFA have successfully supplied our group with hoppers, feeders, magnetic elevators and plating barrel loading systems for nearly 40 years. Ivan always finds a solution to our sometimes difficult projects.

Amongst other projects KFA have recently completed the design and manufacture of conveyors, screens and bespoke wheeled bin tippers for a complete production facility at Baker & Finnemore. This project started out with a team meeting, which included Ivan from KFA and we discussed what we wanted to achieve with our first brand new production area for many years. We looked at several layout designs which KFA produced and settled with one which included a new design for a wheeled bin tipper. This system is now in full production and exceeding our expectations.

We have many KFA vibratory feeders and screens at our Banbury facility, some of which have been working in full production for well over fifteen years. We called in KFA recently to design and supply a new feed and screening system for an up graded packing line. This involved four various sized electromagnetic feeders, some rare earth magnetic separators and a large steel framework. The design of the system allowed for the fact that all equipment had to be transported to the third floor by our service lift.
