Atex approved equipment. Plate link elevators and part of our electro magnetically driven vibratory feeders range has been assessed and certified to be suitable for use in Atex Zones 21 and 22. Other products can be made suitable on request.

Vibratory Feeders

The complete range of vibratory feeders and conveyors can be manufactured from mild steel, contact parts in stainless steel and in most cases almost totally stainless steel. Rubber, polyurethane or PVC are some of the protective linings available and external finishing is usually powder coated.

Elevators

The elevating of components or product is a common requirement for virtually all production facilities. This may be required as a continuous flow or as a regulated batch being discharged on demand from a proceeding operation. Our various methods for elevating your materials include magnetic elevators, plate link elevators and single tip bucket elevators.

Tippers

Stillage, wheeled bin or container tipping is carried out by two design methods, either electro-mechanically or hydraulically operated. These units are designed to suit the required application and are fully guarded, incorporate electrically interlocked front access doors, have automatic control sequences and have lift capacities ranging from 20kg to 2500kg.

Integrated Systems

When an application dictates that a single standalone piece of KFA equipment is not enough, then it maybe necessary for several elements of semi-standard and bespoke machinery to be integrated to achieve the required process. This may include feeding, conveying, elevating, weighing, lift and tipping.
