Stillage, wheeled bin or container tipping is carried out by two design methods, either electro-mechanically or hydraulically operated. These units are designed to suit the required application and are fully guarded, incorporate electrically interlocked front access doors, have automatic control sequences and have lift capacities ranging from 20kg to 2500kg.
Wheeled Bin Tipper
This electro mechanical tipper was designed to lift and tip the unique 390 litre capacity wheeled bins.
The bins are manually pushed through the vertically sliding access gate and locate on two lift arms.
Hydraulic Stillage Tipper
The lift platform is at floor level and has stillages loaded via a pedestrian truck. A height adjustable location bar within the lift platform will retain stillages of various heights. This machine has a lift capacity of 2000 kg and a discharge height of 3500 mm.
